First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease. Second-I give and bequeath all my articles for personal,domestic, farm or household use,or for ornament,comfort,convenience or pleasure, unto my eight children,to wit:Laura Sante,E.Herby Carson,Cecelia Baldridge,Joella Foreman,R.Herman Carson,Annabell Martin,John p. Carson and Alta McRoberts,share and share alike,the same to be amicab- ly divided among them.------------------------- Third-All of the rest of my property and estate,real,personal and mixed,of every kind and nature whatsoever and wheresoever the same Ishallbeatthetimeofmy decease,I order and direct to be converted into money and I do hereby authorize,empower and direct my executors hereinRfter named,or the survivors or survivor of them,whenever they shall deem it to the best interest and advantage of my estate,to sell, dispose of a.nd convey in fee simple,all my said real esta.te,either by public or private sale or sales,without any liability of the purchaser for the application,non-application or mis-application of the Purcha.se monies. Fourth-Included in my real estate at the time of the writing of this will,I have some land under which the coal has been SOld,other land under which I own the coal and coal underlying land owned by other persons.-I hereby authorize my executors,or the survirors or survivor of them,to sell any of the land without the coal,or any of the coal without selling the land,and conveying or reserving such mining rights, privileges,waivers of surface damage as they may deem proper.I re- commend to my executors that the land (not including the coal)be dis- posed of as soon as the same can be done and obtain a fa,ir price therefo • And I further reconnnend to my executors,tha t my coal land be held in one block and not disposed of until advantageous sale or sales can be made,as I am of the opinion that it will be profitable to my estate to I hold the same.I further order and direct my executors to sell all'of 1 ) • • the said land and coal within twenty years from the date of my death.
