I,Blanche C.Hess,of outh Strabane Township,ashington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare t e following
to be my last will and test~ent:
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be pai~
and discharged as soon as rray be after ~y decease.
2.I give and bequeath to my niece,Romaine Jones wan,all my
furniture,books,linen and household goods of every description.
3.I give and devise all my undivided one half interest in t e
dwelling-house and lot of ground where I now reside,situate at

No.409 orth ade Avenue,being Lot No.11 in ~.McK.i th's
Fairmont Addition,and situate in outh Strabane Township,ash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,to my grand-niece,Margaret Romaine
Swan,to her,her heirs and assigns forever,the inheritance tax
on sarne to be paid out of my estate.
4.I give and bequeath to each of my nephews and nieoes,to-wit:
Romaine Jones Swan,Clifford H.cNary,J.Rolland MoNary,Harold
K.Hess,John E.Hess,Fred G.Hess,Grant E.Hess,Jr.and 'ildred
H.Fawoett 25 shares of the oapital stook of t e Collumbia Gas
and Electrio Corporation,Qomrron,the 25 shares that are to go to
o aine Jonea Swan to be held by the trustee named in the next
paragraph of this Will,to be held or sold by said trustee,which-
ever shall appear to be for the best interests of said Romaine
Jones Swan,and not to be liable for her debts,either the inoorre
thereof or the prinoipal,and after her death to go to her daughte~
argaret Romaine wan.
5.All the rest and residue of rry estate,I give and bequeath to
the ashington Tnion Trust Company of ashington,Pa.in trust for
the use of ~y nieoe,Romaine Jones Swan furing the term of her
natural life,the said aehington Jnion Trust Company to invest
the sarne in good securities and pay the net inoome t~ereof semi-
annually to my said niece,Romaine Jones Swan,during the term of

her natural life,and after death to pay said fund to her daughter,
.argaret Ro aine Swan,neither the principal nor income of said
fund to be liable for the debts of said Romaine Jones'~wan.
Lastly.I nominate,constitute and appoint my nephew,Harold K.
Hess,to be the executor of this my last will and testament.
