FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker,shall be paid from ny residuary estate as soon as practical after my decease as a part of the expenses of the administration of my estate.In my lifetime,I have designated my son,William P.Fisher,as beneficiary in my life insurance policies for the purpose that said insurance may be used for my burial.I hereby direct him to use such money for such purpose. SECOND:I give and bequeath to my son,William P.Fisher, all of my carpentry tools,power tools and any other tools that I own,together with any automobile that I may own at the time of my death and my Japanese China. THIRD:I devise and bequeath all of my real estate, including the dwelling house erected thereon and the contents therein,to my son,William P.Fisher,subject to a life estate of my daughter,Dorothy M.Zyra.My said daughter shall be entitled to receive all rents due on said property after my death, from which she shall pay all taxes,insurance premiums and costs of repairing said property.If she is living in the said property, then she shall likewise pay all taxes,insurance premiums,repairs, maintenance,utilities,and keep the same in as good condition as it was at the time of my death.Upon her death,this property shall vest in my son,William P.Fisher,absolutely. FOURTH:I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my son,William P.Fisher, providing he shall survive me by one hudnred eighty days.Should my son predecease me or die on or before the one hundred eightieth day following my death,I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my daughter, Dorothy M.Zyra,her heirs and assigns.
