I,Sam Desetti,of the City of.Monongahela,State of
Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and
revoke all Wills by me at any t~e heretofore made.
1.I give and devise any interests in realty,in fee
s~ple to my sons,James,Frank,and Gild,Desetti and to my
daughter,Mrs.J.B.Vackaro,in equal parts,share and share alike.
2.I give and devise any interests in personal and mixed
property,to my sons,James,Frank and Gild,Desetti,and to my
daughter,Mrs.J.B.Vackaro,in equal parts,share and share alike.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint my son Frank
Executor of my Will,and I direct that he shall not be required
to enter security in any jurisdiction in which he may act.
