I,1.C.Bebout,of the Borough of Washington,County
of Washington,State of Pennsylvania,intending to dispose of all
my estate and property,do make,publish and declare the follow-
ing to be my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all wills,
codicils and testamentary dispositions by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
1.I direct that my body be buried in the family burial
lot in the Washington Cemetery at Washington,Pennsylvania,and
that my grave be located next to the grave of my deceased wife,

Mary Bebout,and it is my wish and I do hereby direct that my wife,
Elizabeth Bebout,shall not be interred in said family lot which
I now give and devise to my son,N.Raymond Bebout.
2.I give and bequeath to my son,N.Raymond Bebout,
my wacch,wearing apparel,personal ornaments,inclUding my
di&fiond ring,and all articles of personal property in my bedroom.
3.I give and bequeath to my granddaughter,Gladys
Bebout,daughter of my son,N.Raymond Bebout,the automobile which
I own and am using for my personal convenience at and immediately
prior to the time of my decease.
4.I order and direct that my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my executor as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease.
5.I order and direct my executor hereinafter named.
to convert into money,as soon as the same can conveniently be
done after my decease,all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,and I do hereby authorize,empower
and direct my executor,hereinafter named,to sell,dispose ·of and

convey,in fee simple,all my said real estate by public or private
sale or sales,and to make,execute and deliver deeds to the pur-
cha~ers thereof,without any liability of the purchaser for the
application,non-application or misapplication of the purchase
moneys,and when the whole 01'my said estate shall be converted into

money,I direct the distribution thereof as follows:-
(a)To my wife,Elizabeth Bebout,the one-third
(1/3)thereof.
(b)To my son,James M.Bebout,One Thousand
($1,000.00)Dollars.
(c)To my granddaughter,Gladys Bebout,daughter
of N.Raymond Bebout,Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
(d)To my namesake,T.C.Gaus,of Amwell Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)
Dollars.
(e)To Trolies Bebout,son of Earl Bebout,of the
Village of Laboratory,South Strabane Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars.
(f)To my friend and employee,Glendon McNary,
of Washington,Pennsylvania,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars.
(g)To my son N.Raymond Bebout,all the rest,
residue and remainder of the proceeds of the sale of my property
to be made as hereinabove directed.

CODICIL
I,T.C.Bebout,of the City of Washington,County of
and state of Pennsylvania,declare this to be a codicil
to my will dated the twelfth (12th)day of November,1926.
1.I do hereby revoke item (1)of my said will and
substitute therefor the following:
I direct that mv body shall be buried in the family
burial lot in the Washington Cemetery at Washington,Pennsylvania,
in ~bronze casket and a suitable vault,the same to be selected by
my son,N.Raymond 'Bebout,and that my grave shall be located nex
to the grave of my deceased wife,Mary Bebout,and I do further
direct that my son,N.Raymond Bebout is to have full charge and
control of my fUI1.eral,and I give and devise to my son,N.Raymond
Bebout,the said family burial lot,and it is my wish and I do here-
by direct that the body of my wife,Elizabeth Bebout sr~ll not be
interred in said b~rial lot.
2.I do hereby ratify and confirm my said will in every
other respect.
In Witness 'Vhereof,I,T.C.Bebout,the testator,have
to this my codicil set my hand and seal this seventeenth (17th)day
of September,A.D.,1928.
