I,DOMINICK CHAROBIEJ,of the Borough of
Bentleyville,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare the following to b~my last will and
testament,hereby revoking and making void any will or wills
heretofore made my me.
•
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid and discharged as soon as may be after my
decease and that an amount not exceeding EIGHT HUNDRED (800.00)
Dollars be used for my funeral expenses and a suitable marker
at my grave,by my executor hereinafter named.
SECOND.All the rest residue and remainder of my
estate,of Whatsoever nature and kind or wheresoever situate,
I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,Esther Charobiej,
absolutely.
THIRD.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,
HERBERT HERTZOG of Bentleyville,washington County,Pennsylvania,
to be the Executor of this my last will and testament.
IN ITNESS ~rnEREOF,I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 13th day of ugust A.D.1927.
