I,IRA M.BUTLER,of Monongahela City,washington Coun-
ty,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,pUblish and declare this to
be my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making void
each and every former will,and all former wills,by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST:-I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,
Nancy J.Butler,her heirs and assigns forever,in fee simple
and absolutely,all my property and estate,real,personal
and mixed,of every kind and nature,and wheresoever the same
shall be at the time of my decease.
SECOND:-I nominate,constitute and appoint my said
wife,Nancy J.Butler,Executrix of this my last will and
testament.
