duly proved,It is hereby admitted
to probate and ordered to be re-
corded and Letters Testamentary
are issued to William C.Hathaway

being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and pnblish this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former W'ills by
me at anytime heretofore made.
Item:-I hereby instruct my hereinafter named Executor to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses and to have a monument
erected on my lot in the cemetery which will be suitable for both
my wife and myself.
Item:-I will and bequeath to my wife,Elizabeth Hathaway,
the use and income of my entire estate both real and personal,
as long as she may live.
Item:- I wi 11,d evi se and bequeath my entire estate,real
and personal to the following named children of my brother,
J.L.Hathaway,in equal shares.They will enter into possession
of my estate at the death of my wife,Elizabeth Hathaway.
Their names are William C.Hathaway,Mrs.Flora Gray and Mrs.
Effie Stollar.
The monies belonging to my estate are to be deposited on Time
Certificate in the National Bank of Claysville,Fa.during the
lifetime of my wife.
