LAS T WILL AND TES TAMENT
OF
HELGA R.GRINAGE
I,HELGA R.GRINAGE of the City of Washington,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,mem-
ory and understanding,do make and declare this to be my Last Wil
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all other wills by
me,at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
SECOND:In the event my sister,Anna E.Rector,of
New York City,New York,shall survive me than I do give,devise
and bequeath to her the following items:
a)Any interest I have in real estate situate in
Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania.
b)All of the interest I have in the stock of
"Petroleum Exploration".
c)Any interest or share I may have in property situ-
I ate in Crest Hill,Fauqir County,Virginia.
d)Any interest I have in a savings account in the
First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Washington,Washing-
I ton County,Pennsylvania,which shall be in my own name.II
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of
whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,to my husband,
Carl T.Grinage,provided he be living at my death and survive me
for a period of more than sixty (60)days.In the event he shall
II predecease me,or not survive me for a period of more than sixty

(60)days,then and in that event,I give,dE~vise and bequeath
all of the rest,residue and remainder of my estate in equal shares
to Chester Lemoyne Grinage of Chicago,Illinois and Anna E.
Rector of New York,New York.
FOURTII:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
husband,Carl T.Grinage,as Executor of this,my Last Will and
Testament,and in the event my husband cannot act as such Execu-
tor for any reason,then I do nominate,constitute and appoint
Ches ter Lemoyne Grinage as Executor of this my Las t Will and
Testament,and further direct that the Executor hereof shall not
be required to post bond.
