FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses and the expenses of administering my estate be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named as soon after my decease as may be practicable. SECOND:I give,devise ani bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate unto my wife,ROSE DINO. THIRD:However should my wife predecease me I leave my present house known as 603 Park Avenue to those of my children who have not married by the time of my death.These unmarried children should have the use of the house so long as they live in it.They must pay the real estate taxes and maintain the premises in reasonably the same condition as it is in at the time of my death.When the last child becomes married the house is to be sold by my executor at either public or private sale at any price he feels is reasonable.The proceeds are to be divided among all my children namely,JOSEPH,MARY,JOHN,ELENA, LOUIS,and ANGELIA. FOUR'llI:The back house located on my lot is to be rented and the proceeds divided equally among all my six children until the above house is to be sold at which time the executor shall sell the back house also at public or private sale at any price he feels is reasonable.The proceeds of said sale is to be divided among my six children. FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate I give,devise and beq~&a~h to all my six children,named above.
