I,Nicholas Dufour,of R.D.#3,Burgettstown,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare the
following as and for my last will and testament,hereby re-
voking and making null and void all testamentary writings by
me at any time heretofore made.
I direct the payment of the expenses of my illness and
funeral as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
I nominate,constitute and appoint Mellon National ~ank
and Trust Company as executor of this my last will and
testament.
In witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
