2nd-I desire that all my property real,personal and mixed
which I may have anywhere in the world at the time of my death,shall
go to my beloved wife,Maria Cerutti,nee Campi,to enjoy all the
rents,income and profit thereof for and durin~the term of her
natural life if she does not re-marry.
3rd-In case of urgent necessity,which necessity shall be
proven to the satisfaction of the Orphan's Court of Alle~heny County,
Penn 'a,my said wife may mortgage the property for an amount not ov~r
$3000.
4th-Should my said wife re-marry,then all my estate shall be
equally devided among all my children,then living and the direct
issue of any if dead,absolutely and forever.
5th-If my said wife shall not re-marry she shall have the
power,if she will choose to use it,to make a will devising and
bequeathing all the estate to all or any of our children and their
direct issue in such proportion as she may see fit with a view of
justly remembering and compensating those children,who,by their
obedience and faithfUlness,were a consolation to UB both during'
our life.
