I,William M.Herriott,f the Township of Charti rs,in
the County of Washington and state of Pennsylvania,being of sound
min ,memory and understanding,do make and pUblish .this,mY last
lill and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills
"'by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:It is my desire all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid by ~Executor hereinafter named as soon after my decease as
possible.
SECOND:I Will,devise and bequeath to my wife,~ary J.Herriott,
all my personal and mixed property,including monies in the Bank,
Liberty Bonds,+n ~rance moni~s,and all and every personal proper-
ty whereever located and found,to her,absolutely,and forever.
THIRD:All real estate wherein title may vest in me,is held by
entireties between my self and my said wife,Mary J.Herriott,and
at my decease before my said wife,the same vests in the survivor
thereof,being my said wife,Mary J.Herriott.
LASTLY:1 do hereby constitute and appoint my said Wife,Mary J.
