LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
1,ALEXANDER FERGUSON,of Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and
revoke all writings by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath my home in Carroll Township,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania to my son,ALEXANDER FERGUSON,JR.
SECOND:I give,and"bequeath the sum of $3,000.00 to my daughter,
JOAN PAINTER.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,I give,devise
and bequeath in equal shares to my children,'ALEXANDER FERGUSON,JR.
and JOAN PAINTER.
FOURTH:I nominate and appoint as co-executors of this my Last Will
and Testament my children,ALEXANDER FERGUSON,JR.and JOAN
PAINTER.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and sea
this 15th day of March,1973.
