LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

LUIGI DiBELLO and MARY DiBELLO
Husband and Wife.
WE,LUIGI DiBELLO and MARY DiBELLO,husband and wife,of
the Cityo~Washington,W~shington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind,memory and discretion,making null and void any and al
Wills which by us heretofore have been made,.'Q make,publish and
declare this to be our Last Will and Testament,declaring this
instrument to be jointly as well as severally our Last Will and
Testament.
FIRST:We direct that all our just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
SECOND:We and the survivor of us shall at all times be
empowered during our lifetime or the lifetime of either of us to
sell and dispose of all of our re&and personal property to the
full extent thereof.
THIRD:All our property,real,personal and mixed,shall
pass absolutely to the survivor of us.
FOURTH:After the death of the survivor of us,we give,
devise and bequeath all our property,real,personal and mixed,
unto our son,Vincent DiBello,his heirs and assigns.We make no
provision for our son,Joseph DiBello,inaSMuch as he has been
adequately compensated during his lifetime,and furthermore,
because we have made our home with Vincent DiBello,who has kept
and maintained us during our lifetime.
We hereby nominate and appoint as Executor of th s our
Last Will and Testament,our son,Vincent DiBello,to act in said
capacity without the giVing of any bond,regardless of the place
of his domicile.
