LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,illiam Hand of Canton Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make and publish this my last Will ana Testament,hereby revok-
ing and aking void all former ills by e at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
Second:I direct that my real estate consistin~of two
houses and lot,and all other buildings and contents not herein-
after bequeathed including my automobile,be sold by my Executor
hereinafter named;hereby giving and granting unto my said Execut
full power and authority to make,execute,and deliver deed or
deeds therefor in fee simple,the same as I could do if living and
to give the necessary bill of sale or certificate of title for any
personal property,without liability on the part of the purchaser
to look to the application of the purchase oney;my said Executor
not being re uired to give bond.
Third:Out of the loney derived from said sale or sales,I
give and bequeath the follOWing legacies:--
(1)I direct that my nephew George W.Miller be given One
Hundred (100.00)Dollars.
(2)I direct that George ,.~illerls son John !iller be given
Fifty (50.00)Dollars.
(3)I direct that my sister-in-law [rs.John Gladfelter be
given Fifty (50.00)Dollars.
(4)I direct that the lady who has faithfully taken care of me
Mrs.Chipps be given Fifty (50.00)Dollars.
(5)All the rest residue and remainder of my Estate of whatso-
ever kind and wheresoever situate shall be converted into cash by
my Executor as directed above and divided equally among George W.
~iller,John Miller,.rs.John Gladfelter,and Mrs.Chipps;share
and share alike.

Fourth:I direct that my open-faced,Elgin,silver watch be I
given to Frank Crompton.
Fifth:I hereby make,constitute,and appoint,y Attorneys
J.~.McBurney and B.R.cBurney,or either of them to be the
Executor of this y last ill and Testa ent with full ower an
authority to convert n~Estate into personalty ~ithout being re ui
red to give bond.
