I,STELLA M.GLENNON,of the Borough of Donora,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and revoke all
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of
my illness and funeral.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my real estate in the
Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my daughter-in-law,
Helen M.Glennon,her heirs and assigns.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to my grandson,Charles H.Steinmeyer,
all of my United States Steel stock with any splits or dividends that may
accrue,and the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00)Dollars.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath to my great-grandson,Randy Steinmeyer,
the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars.
FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real and
personal,and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,
Minnie L.Steinmeyer,her heirs and assigns.
SIXTH:I constitute and appoint my son-in-law,Wilmer H.Steinmeyer,
as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament;and I direct that he shall
not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which he may act.
