BE IT REMEpffiERED that I,Domenica Ferritti,of
Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish
and declare this as and for my last will and testament,
hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills
and testaments,or writings in the nature thereof,by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
SEC01W:If my husband,Salvador Ferritti,survives me and
survives a common accident in which we are both injured,
then I give,devise and bequeath unto him,his heirs and
assigns,all of my estate,whether real,personal or mixed,
and wheresoever situate.
THIRD:In the event my husband,Salvador Ferritti,does not
survive me and does not survive a common accident in which
we are both injured,then I give,devise and bequeath all
the rest,residue and remainder of my estate to my children
as follows:
To my son,Louis Ferritti,I give,devise and bequeath
my real estate situate at 831 Heslep Avenue,Donora,Penn-
sylvania;
To my son,Valentine Ferritti,I give,devise and
bequeath my real estate known as Lot No.11 in Block No.9
and situate on McKean Avenue between Second and Third Streets,
Donora,Pennsylvania.

All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever situate,
I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Antonio Ferritti.
I have omitted my daughter,Rose Ferritti Mitch,
from this bequest because I feel I have adequately taken
care of her in my lifetime.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my son,Antonio
Ferritti,of Donora,Pennsylvania,as the executor of this
my last will and testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
