LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
WILLIAM G.DANLEY
I,WILLIAM G.DANLEY,of Cecil,Cecil Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,declare the following to be my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills and testaments
by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1:I direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient
after my decease.
ITEM 2:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,whethe
real,personal or mixed,wheresoever situate and of whatsoever
character,to my wife,Mary eatherine Danley,absolutely.
ITEM 3:Should my said wife,Mary ~atherine Danley,pre-
decease me,or should my said wife and I perish in a common
disaster,regardless of the exact time of our respective deaths,
then I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,whether real,
personal or mixed,of whatsoever character and wheresoever situate
to my four children,in equal shares,that is,William T.Danley,
son,one-fourth;Clifford L.Danley,son,one-fourth;Colleen
Mosley,daughter,one-fourth and Laura Fasano,daughter,one-fourt •
Should any of my above named children predecease me,then I give,
devise and bequeath,the share of such child or children,to their
respective issue in equal shares.
ITEM 4:I authorize and empower my executrix or executor,
for the payment of debts or for any purpose of administration or
distribution at any time within three years from the date of my

death,to sell all or any of my real estate,at pUblic or private
sale,for such prices and upon such terms as to eash and cr dit
as she or he may deem best,and to execute deeds of conveyance
thereof,without liability on the part of the purchaser to see
to the application of the purchase moneys.This power shall not
be construed to work a conversion of my real estate,unless and
until the power is actually exercised,nor shall this power be
construed to extend the lien of debts.
ITEM;:5:I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,Mary
Catherine Danley,executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,
to serve without bond in any jurisdiction in which she may be re-
quired to act.Should my wife predecease me or perish in a
common disaster,then I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
William T.IDanley,as executor of this my Last Will and Testament,
to serve without bond in any jurisdiction in which he may be re-
quired to act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
~day of ugust,1957.

the above named testator,as and for his Last Will and Testament,
in the presence of us,who,at his request,in his presence,and
in the presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses.
