I,ELIZABETH BYERS,of JPredericktown,\iashington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do
make,publish and declare this my Last ~rill and Te stament,here by
revoking and making void any former will by me at any time hereto-
fore made,in manner and form following:
FIRST:I order and direct that my body be interred in
the Monongahela Cemetery in the lot purchased by my Mother,1~ry
Pickering,and that my bxecutor,hereinafter named,prOvide a suit-
able marker or headstone for my grave,said marker or headstone to
be of the beveled type of headstone.
SECOND :I order and direct my ~xecutor.hereinafter named,
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently
may be done after my decease.
THIRD:I will.give and bequeath unto my son,Charles
~yers,Three Hundred (~300.00)Dollars,in the event that my said son
shall be living at the time of my death;should my said son,Charles
Byers,be deceased at the time of my death,then.in such event.I
will,give and devise said sum of Three Hundred (~300.00)Dollars to
my son,~illiam Byers;and in the event that my said son,Y~illiam
Byers.should be deceased at the time of my death,then,in such
event,said sum of Three Hundred (~300.00)Dollars to be divided
equally between five of the children of my said son,\}illiam Byers,
namely.Mary Byers,Edna Byers.Olive Byers.Raymond Byers and Ruth
Eyers,in equal shares.
