I,John--.Hopkins,residing in the City of
iashington,~ashington County,Pennsylvania,do make this my last
will and testament,thereby making null and void and of no effect
anyvlill or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First:I direct my executors,hereinafter named
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as possible.
Second:I direct and empower my executors,
hereinafter named,to sell and give deed for all my real estate,
located in the Eighth \~ard of the City of Y"ashington,and that the
money so derived after the payment of all my just debts and funera
expenses,be divided equally between my eight children,namely;
Sarah Ann Stephens,John T.Hopkins,George Hopkins,Martha Lewis,
Elizabeth Kinsvatter,Charles Hopkins,Alfred James Hopkins and
Evelyn Anderson.
Third:I will and bequeath to my wife,Margaret
Hopkins,the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars.
Fourth:All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate belonging to me at the time of my death and remaining
after the payment of debts and funeral expenses,whether real,
personal or mixed,I do give,devise and bequeath to my eight
children,named in paragraph two of this my will.
Fifth:I nominate and appoint Charles Hopkins
and William A.Stephens,to be the executors of my will.
Witness my hand and seal this lOth day of Janua 7,
1931.
