publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,
hereby revoking any will or wills heretolOre made by me.I
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satis:6.ed,
as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I direct that all my property,both personal and real,
whatsoever and wheresoever,be sold,except my personal household
Furniture,within one year from my decease and my estate divided
as follows~
Third.I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Hannah Horr,
all my household effects and Three Hundred and nO/100 (~300.00)Dolla s
in money.
ourth.All the balance and the proceeds of my estate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my four sons,Edgar L.Horr,Oliver P.Horr,
Henry Henderson Horr and ITilliam Horr and to my daughter,Bessie
Horr Richards and to my ste)?-daughter Edith HcDade of Detroit,
1ichigan,to be diuided equally,share and share alike.
Fifth.Should the death of my w.ife occur before my decease,
I desire that ny household effects be sold and that the proceeds,
