LAST LL AND TESTAMENT
I,MAUDE L.DUNCAN,widow,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish the follow-
ing as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my Executrix,hereinafter named,as
soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND.To my daughter,Elizabeth S.Duncan,I give,
devise and bequeath my home property at No.577 South Main Street,
Washington,Pennsylvania.
THIRD.All the rest and residue of my estate,of
whatsoever the same may consist,I give,devise and bequeath to
my two daughters,Margaret D.Neal and Elizabeth S.Duncan,share
and share alike.
AND LASTLY,I do hereby appoint my daughter,Margaret D.
Neal,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this eighteenth day of November,A.D.1941.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above
named Testatrix as and for her Last ill and Testament,in the
presence of us,who,at her request and in her presence and in
the presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses thereto.
