FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of my last illness and funeral. SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, real,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my dear husband, JOHN Z.DASHOFY,his heirs and assigns,conditioned,however,that in the event he predeceases me or dies on or before the one hundred and eightieth day following my death,the said devise and bequest of residue shall lapse or be divested,and in either event,I give, devise and bequeath the said residue of my estate to my son,JOHN R.DASHOFY,his heirs and assigns.I declare it to be my intention that should my said husband,JOHN Z.DASHOFY,be living at the ex- piration of one hundred and eighty days from the date of my death, the estate hereby devised and bequeathed to him shall vest in him absolutely and in fee simple,free of all conditions.I authorize and direct my Executor to payout of the income or principal of my estate reasonable amounts for the support and maintenance of my dear husband,JOHN Z.DASHOFY,and as well the reasonable expehses • of his funeral and grave stone,should he die within said period of one hundred and eighty days.
