I,J.A.CRI WELL,of 60 Wilson Avenue,in the City of
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish
this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking any Wills by me at
any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid
out of my Estate.
2.I give·and bequeath to my wife,Mary E.Criswell,the
sum of Eight Thousand ($8,000.00)Dollars.
3.I give and bequeath to my son,William C.Criswell,the
sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars.
4.I give and bequeath to my son,Harry Criswell,the sum
I of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars ..
5.I give and bequeath to my son,Albert E.Criswell,the sum
of One (1.00)Dollar.
6.I give and bequeath to my son,Clyde E.Criswell,the sum
of One ($1.00)Dollar.
7.I further provide that in case my wife,Mary E.Criswell,
should desire to take my home on Wilson Avenue at the price of
Four Thousand Five Hundred ($4500.00)Dollars she shall have the
same at that figure as a part of her Eight Thousand ($8,000.00)
Dollars given her in the second paragraph hereof and I authorize,
direct c..nd empower my Executor hereina.fter named to make a deed
to her for the said property if she elects to take the same.
8.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint William C.
Criswell,my SOD,to be Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
