I,THOMAS P.CARROLL of 340 Jefferson Avenue,
Washington,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
Item 1.I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be
found convenient.
Item 2.All the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of Whatever nature and
heresoever situate,which I may own or have the right to d spose
of at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath to
my children,James K.Carroll of Akron,Ohio,Chas.H.Carroll
of Columbus,Ohio,W.D.Carroll of Gary,Indiana,Stephen Carroll
of Washington,Pennia.,and Mrs.Allice B.Mounts of Washington,
Pennia.,in equal proportions,share and share alike.
Item 3.I hereby nominate and appoint The
Citizens National Bank of Washington,its successors and assigns,
as the executor of this my last will and testwment.
