Item 2.I give,bequeath and devise all of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and whereso- ever situate which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my decease,to the Citizens National Bailie of Washing- ton,Pennsylvania,in trust,nevertheless,for the following uses andpurposes: To pay the net income therefrom in semi-annual instalments to my son,Victor Leonard Bane,for and during the term 01"p3 riod of his minority.I direct that when my son, Victor Leonard Bane,arrives at the age of twenty-one years,the one-half of the trust fund shall be paid over to my son,and the remainder of said t~tst to continue as hereinbefore specified and payments to be made from the net income thereof,in semi- annual instalments,to my son,Victor ~eonard Bane,until he arrives at the age of thirty years,at which time this trust shall terminate and all of the balance of my estate remaining in the hands of my trustee sllall be paid over to my son,Victor Leonard Bane. Should my son,Victor Leonard Bane,die,leaving a ••• child or children,before the termination of this trust,then it is my will that the fundin the hand of my trustee be held in trust for such child or children until the youngest of sati childor children arrives at the age of twenty-~ne years,at which time it shall be paid over per capita to such child or children. Item 3.I direct that upon the failure of the foregoing bequests that the items therein named shall go into the residue of my estate,and I give,devise and bequeath all of the rest,residue and remainder of my estate to my sisters,Emma s. Porter and Bessie P.straus. Item 4.I hereby nominate and appoint the Citizens National Bank of Washington,Pennsylvania,its successors ~nd assigns,as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
