LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JENNIE E.HORNER.
I,JENNIE E.HORNER,being of sound and disposing mind,do
hereby make my Last ~ill and Testament,revoking all other Wills
or Testamentary papers of any character heretofore made by me.
I.I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses shall
be paid by my Executrices hereinafter appointed as soon as may be
conveniently done.
II.WHEREAS,I hold a mortgage against the property of
my daughter,Edith M.Fawcett,executed by herself and her husband,

Walter Fawcett,said mortgage is without interest.I desire that
said mortgage shall be satisfied by m y Executrices and be un-
collected.In other words I do hereby forgive Edith M.Fawcett
said mortgage,devising it in full to my said daughter,Edith M.

Fawcett,so that she will be no longer chargeable with the same
by my heirs or representatives,said mortgage being for $2000.00.
III.WHEREAS,I hold a mortgage of Two Thousand ($2000.00)

Dollars,with-interest,against the property of my daughter,Ethel
J.Caesber,and her husband,Harvey Caesber.I now direct my
Executrices hereinafter named to satisfy said mortgage in full and
that the amount be not collected as I now devise and bequeath said
mortgage to my daughter,the said Ethel J.Caesber to the end that
the same may be fully satisfied and she and her husband be forgiv
of the entire amount,with interest.
IV.I devise and bequeath Fifty ($50.00)Dollars in cash
to my daughter,Emma B.McCoy.
V.I devise and bequeath Five ($5_00)Dollars to my daUgh-
ter,Alice S.Crawford.
VI.All the rest and residue of my estate,both personal

and real,wheresoever the same may be found or situated,I devise
and bequeath to my two daughters,Ethel J .Caesber and Edith M.

Fawcett,share and share alike.
VII.I direct that all taxes,inheritance or taxes of any
other description whatsoever,be paid out of my estate.
VIII.I hereby appoint Ethel J.Caesber and Edith M.Fawcett
Executrices of this my Last Will and Testament.
