I,JOHN GALLIK,of 826 Orchard Street,California,\Ilasbington County,
Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at any time
,here tofore made.
FIRST:

I direct my Executrix,Josephine Zavachin,to pay all my jmtt debts and
funeral expenses as soon as may be practicable after my decease.
I give,devise,and bequeath all of my property,real personal,and

mixed,of which I die seizefr or possessed,or to which I ,may be entitled
at my decease,to my beloved children in equal shares,share and share
alike.The names of my children are:
1.Leonard Gallik
2.John GAllik
3.Josephine Zavachin
4.Albert GAllik
5.William Gallik
6.Elizabeth GAllik
Provided,however,that my beloved wife Mary shall have the choice and
power,shou~d s!:le so d.esire,to QCcupy my home on Orchard Street in
California,Washington County,Pennsylvania,for and during the term of
her natural life,without the payment of rent,if she keeps the house in
good repair and pays the taxes.
I have made the provision for my wife Mary as aforesaid ifith fUll
FOURTH:
knovrledge that she has surrendered and released any statutory rights
she may have in my estate by her signing an Antenuptial Agreement dated
September 26,1956.

I nominate,constitute and app6int mw beloved daughter,Josephine Zavachin,
Executrix of this my Last vlUl and Testament,and I direct that she shall
not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which she may
act.
