of Washington and state of Pennsylvania,do make,publish and de-
clare the following as and for my last will and testament:-
First:I direct that my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my death as the same can be done
with convenience.
Second:I give,devise and bequeath unto my son,
Blanchard G.Hughes,of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
all of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and
wheresoever the same may be situate,to him,his heirs and assigns,
absolutely and forever.
Lastly,I do nominate,constitute and appoint my said
son,Blanchard G.Hughes,to be the executor of this Will.
