I,WALTER W.DONLEY,of Somerset Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby re
voking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my household goods and
furnishings,as well as the 17 acres of land with the house,barn an
other buildings thereon,which is my home,all situate in Somerset
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my daughter,Estella
E.Donley and my son,William W.Donley,share and share alike.
THIRD~All the rest and residue of my estate,real,personal or
mixed and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my
daughter,~stella E.Donley,and my two sons,William W.Donley and
Clarence A.Donley,share and share alike.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
William W.Donley,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
