FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses to be
fully paid and satisfied by my executor hereinafter named,as soon
as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate remaining
after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as afore-
said,whether real,personal or mixed,of Which I shall die seized
and possessed,at my decease,I give,devise,and bequeath to my
children,heirs or assiGns for their proper se and benefit for-
ever~in equal shares.
