LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JACK GOSIOREK,of Chartiers Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,and re-
voke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to
be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real
and personal,to my wife,MARY GOSIOREKi provided,however,that
should she predecease me,then,I give,devise and bequeath all
of my estate,real and personal,as follows:An undivided nine-
tenths (9/10)thereof to my wife's son,THADDEUS OFIARA,and the
remaining undivided one-tenth (1/10)thereof to my wife's daught r-
in-law,OLGA OFIARA,and her daughter,NANCY OFIARA,share and
share alike.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife the
executrix of my estatei but if she should predecease me,then I
nominate,constitute and appoint my wife's son,THADDEUS OFIARA,
the executor of this my Last Will and Testament,to serve withou
bond in any jurisdiction.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,I,the said Jack Gosiorek,have set
my hand and seal to this my Last Will and Testament,this ~JT
