LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
BE IT RroAElffiERED that I,Jaoob Binley,of Donora,
Washington County,Pa.,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do make,publish and deolare this as and for my last
will and testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any
and all wills and testronents,or writings in the nature thereof,
by me at any time heretofore made.
After the payment of all my funeral debts and proper
obligations of my estate,I direot that the residue of my estate
I be disposed of as follows,to wit:
FIRST:It is my will to and I do hereby give and devise unto

my daughter,Mannie E.Staley,and my son,Milo O.Binley,in
equal shares,the home in which I now live,together with the
grounds belonging to the same,and more oertainly desoribed as
lots Nos.1 and 2 in block No.35 of the Union Improvement
Company's Plan of the Borough of Donora,which lots were conveyed
to me by deed of the Union Improvement Company,dated September
3,1900 and recorded October 27,1900 in D.B.Vol.248,at page
23.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same may be
situated,I give,devise and bequeath,in equal shares,to my
daughter,Nannie E.Staley,and my son,Milo C.Binley.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint the Union Trust Company of

Donora,Pa.as the exeoutor of this my last will and testament.
