I,_~ICE FORREST HART,of the City of Washington,
~ashington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare
this as and for my Last '~ill and Testmnent,hereby revoking md
making void all other Wills,codicils or testamentary writings
by me at any time heretofore made.
First:-I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done
after my decease.
Second:-fter the payment of my debts and funeral
expenses as aforesaid,I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,unto
Donald S.Lane,of Washington,Pennsylvania.
Third:-I nominate,constitute and appoint the said
Donald S.Lane to he the Executor of this,my Last Will and
Testament.
In Wi tness \/hereof,I,Alice Forrest Hart,the
testatrix,have to this,my Last Will and Testament,set my hand
