I,NELLIE MAY FUSTING,of Bulger,County of Washington
and Co~~onwealth of Pennsylvania,hereby make this my Last Will
and Testament revoking all wills writings of a testamentary nature
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct my Executor hereinafter named to
pay all my just and legally binding debts and funeral expenses
~as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
~SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath my entire estate,~both real and personal,whatsoever and wheresoever situate,to
~my two daughters,BONSAL LEE MILLFLAGLE and GLORIA NELDINE TRISCHLER,
~I in equal shares,share and share alike,absolutely;provided how-
.~ever,that if either of my two daughters predeceases me,or dies
¥
~at or about the same time,as in a common disast~r,I give,devise
f\and bequeath my entire estate to my surviving daughter.
THIRD:I hereby authorize my Executor hereinafter
named,to sell or convert any real estate,in any jurisdiction,
which I may own,on such terms and conditions as my Executor in
his completely unlimited discretion may deem appropriate,without
obtaining any approval of any Court or filing bond.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my attor-
ney,ALBERT C.ODERMATT,JR.,Executor of this My Last Will and
Testament,to serve without bond in any jurisdiction in which he
may be required to act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
