LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
DOMENICO DOLFI
I,Domenico Dolfi,of Monongahela,Washington .
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby
make this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all
wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my hereinafter Executor pay all my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as may be
found convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my Estate,
real,personal or mixed,of whatever nature or wheresoever situate
I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Maria Dolfi,
for and during the period of her natural life.Upon the death 'of
my said beloved wife,Maria Dolfi,I give,devise and bequeath the
same unto my two beloved children,Guido Dolfi and Ida Dolfi,shar
and share alike,to be equally divided among them.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son,Guido
Dolfi,as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,and direct
that no bond be required of him.
