I,GEORGE FENDYA,of the Borough of Donora,Washington
county,Pennsylvania,do make this,my Last will and Testament,
hereby revoking in full any and all wills heretofore made by me:
FIRST:I direct my Executrix,hereinafter
named,to pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder
of my property,whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever
nature or description,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise,
and bequeath in equal shares to my sisters and brothers,Anna
Fendya Ciepley,Monessen,Pennsylvania,Helen Fendya Garcia,
Carroll Township,Pennsylvania,John J.Fendya,Batesville,
Arkansas and Michael Fendya,Donora,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I appoint and name my sister,Anna
Fendya Ciepley,of Monessen,Pennsylvania,to be Executrix of
this,my Last will and Testament,and I direct that she be re-
lieved of any requirement which may exist to the effect that she
should file a bond.
