Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and
publish this my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making void all
former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,personal
and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath unto my four children,share and share
alike,namely:SUSAN ZABALaI'NEY,55 Beeler Street,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania;
CATHERINE BaBYAK,Daisytown,Pennsylvania;Jam DURAN,R.D.lIB,Nevi Castie,

THIRD:I do hereby constitute and appoint my daughter
CATHERINE BaBYAK,to be the Executrix of this,my last I{ill and testament.
