LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,BERTHA GREENBERG of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any
and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid and satisfied as soon as convenient after
my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my
daughter,BEATRICE GREENBERG of Chicago,Illinois,my diamond
engagement ring and diamond brooch.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath to my
daughter,LOUISE GREENBERG of Chicago,Illinois,my two stone
diamond ring and diamond bar pin.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever nature and
wheresoever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose
of at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath to my
two daughters,Beatrice Greenberg and Louise Greenberg,in equal
proportions,share and share alike.
FIFTH:I hereby make,constitute and appoint
my daughters,Beatrice Greenberg and Louise Greenberg,to be the
executrices of this my Last Will and Testament.I direct further
that in so far as the same may be omitted by law,that no bond
be required of them.
