I,WALTER C.FLETCHER,of 520 Second Street,Apartment A,
California Borough,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking in full any and all wills
heretofore made by me.
FIRST;I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder of my
estate,whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature or
description and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath
unto my two daughters,MARTHA A.GREGG and JUDY COSTELLO,in equal
shares,to be theirs solely and absolutely.
THIRD:I name,constitute and appoint my daughter,
MARTHA A.GREGG,to be Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
In no event shall my personal representative be required to give
bond,whether or not he or she is a resident of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,the said WALTER C.FLETCHER,have
to this,my Last Will and Testament,set my hand and seal,this

instrument,being first duly swrrn,do hereby declare to the
undersigned authority that the Testator signed and executed the
instrument as his last Will and that he had signed willingly (or
willingly directed another to sign for him},and that he executed
it as his free and voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed,
and that each of the witnesses,in the presence and hearing of the
Testator,signed the Will as witnesses and that to the best of his
or her knowledge the Testator was at that time eighteen years of
age or older,of sound mind and under no constraint or undue influen e.
