I,WILEY THOMAS FOSTER,of Canton Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this my Las~
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
other Wills by me heretofore made.
1.All of my estate,real~personal and mixed,of what-
soever nature or wheresoever situate,which I may own or have the
right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,devise and
bequeath,absolutely,to my foster child,JOAN D.BRIDGES.
2.I hereby appoint as Executrix,my foster child,
JOAN D.BRIDGES,and direct that she shall not be required to
enter Bond or security in any jurisdiction for any purpose.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
