I,Josephine Bakewell of the Borough of West Browns-
ville,County of Washington,State of Pennsylvania,being of sowld,
disposing mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and
deClare this as my last will and test~ent,hereby revoking all for-
mer wills by me at any time heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid,as soon as may be,after my decease.
SECOND.I give and bequeath to my son,Frank Bakewell,
three Monongahela River Consolidated Coal &Coke Company bonds,each
of the par value of $1,000.00,together with any coupons thereon re-
maining unpaid at the time of my decease.
THIRD.I give and bequeath to the five children of my son,
Joseph Bakewell,deceased,Viz,Freda Linden,Josephine Weimer,
Ernest Bakewell,Edward Bakewell and Jean Bakewell,one Monongahela
River Consolidated Coal &Coke Company bond,of the par value of
$1,000.00,together with any coupons thereon remaining unpaid at
the time of my decease,said bond to be reduced to cash and divided
equally among them.
FOURTH.I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter Daisy
Williams,the dwelling house and two lots of ground Where I now re-
side,on Middle gtreet in West Brownsville,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,being the late residence of my late husband C.Bakewell,
said lots being number ninety-seven and ninety-seven and one-half
in the Bowman Second Addition to said Borough of West Brownsville.
FIFTH.All the residue of my estate,real,personal,and
mixed I give,devise and bequeath to my four cl1ildren,MYrtle Smith,

Thomas Bakewell,Daisy Wil~ia,;.lls and Frank Bakewell,share and
share al ike.
I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son Frank
Bakewell as the executor of this my last will and testament,and
I hereby give him full authority to sell my real estate,with the
exception of that devised to Daisy Willia~s individual~,at pub-
lio or private sale,without order of court,and I hereby give
him full authority to execute deeds or other assurances in law
necessary for the proper conveyance of the same.
