LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ALICE M.GRAY,of the Borough of Claysville,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory and under-
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking
any will or wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST.I direct that all expenses attributable to my
last illness and funeral be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as
conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND.I direct my executors hereinafter named to pro-
vide a grave marker similar to the one now in place on my husband's
grave in the Allegheny County Memorial Cemetery in Pittsburgh,Penn-
sylvania.It is also my wish to be buried by my late husband's side
in the Allegheny County Memorial Cemetery aforesaid.
THIRD.I give and bequeath all of my jewelry,except
as hereinafter noted,to my daughter,GERTRUDE A.SHAFFER,and my
granddaughter,NANCY JOAN KRAUSE,in equal shares;however,I
direct my daughter,Gertrude A.Shaffer,to select one article of
jewelry and give it to my niece,BERTHA E.RUMMEL,as a remembrance.
FOURTH.I give and bequeath my dressing table and chair
to my niece,BERTHA E.RUMMEL.
FIFTH.I give and bequeath all of my shares of stock in
the United Cumulative Fund together with my 14 shares of stock in
the American Telephone and Telegraph Company to my grandson,ROBERT
HOWARD KRAUSE,and appoint his father,EUGENE H.KRAUSE,testamentary
guardian over this bequest until my said grandson has attained the
age of 25 years.

SIXTH.I give,devise and bequeath all the residue
and remainder of my estate of whatever kind and wheresoever situate,
real,personal and mixed,to my grandson,ROBERT THOMAS GRAY II,
and my granddaughter,NANCY JEAN KRAUSE,in equal shares.
I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my son,DR.ROBERT
T.GRAY,and my daughter,GERTRUDE A.SHAFFER,to be the Executors
of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,ALICE M.GRAY,the Testatrix above
named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the
