LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JACK FROSINI,of Roy Street,Finleyville,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revokJ
ing and making void any and all other Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM I:I direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may conveniently be done after
my decease.
ITEM II:I give,devise and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00)Dollars to my nephew TIMOTHY FROSINI.
($1,000.00)Dollars to my niece LINDA GIBSON.
ITEM III:
ITEM IV:
I give,devise and bequeath the sum of One Thousan!a.

All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath unto my two brothers,THOMAS J.FROSINI and LEO R.FROSINI,
in equal shares.
ITEM V:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint THOMAS
J.FROSINI and LEO R.FROSINI,as the Executors of this my Last Will and
Testament.
