I,C.A.CHAMBERS,residing in North Strabane tow~shipJ ashington
county,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and un~
derstanding,do make,publish and declare this to be my last will and
te~tament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
1.I direct that all my just dp.bts,funeral expenses,and the ex-
pense of settling my estate be paid out of my estate by my Executor
hereinafter named as soon after my decease as may be practicable.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of whatso-
e er kind and nature,or wheresoever situate,real,personal or mixed,
I give,devise and bequeath the same as follows:Unto my dear wife
~euna •Chambers the full one-third thereof,and the remaining two-
thirdethereof unto my dear children,share and share alike,namely,
lanche,Roger,Stewart,Virgil,RObert,A14~e,Yargy,Frances Jane
and Kinder :Mann,to them,their heirs and assigns,fore'lrer.
3.I appoint the Oitizens Trust Oompany of Oanonsburg testamen-
tary guardian of my minor ohildren,and I also nominate,constitute
and appoint said Oitizens Trust Oompany of Oanonsburg Executor of this
my will.

paper,including tnis certificate,was signed,sealed,pUblished and
deolared by the above named testator O.A.Chambers as and for his

cribed our names as witnesses thereto,we believing the testator to
