Re:Marie Flenniken,deceased,March 14,1978
It appearing that Marie Flenniken died on March 14,1978,
and at the time thereof she was a resident of Pulaski County,
Virginia,and a paper writing signed by the said Marie Flenniken,
dated October (no date),1963,and purporting to be her true Last
Will and Testament,was this day produced before the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Pulaski County,Virginia,and proved according
to law by the deposition of Jack H.France,duly taken on the 4th
day of August,1978,in Washington County,Pennsylvania,before
Mary Ann Cialone,a Notary Public,wherein the said Jack H.France
deposed and testified that the said Marie Flenniken signed and
acknowledged said paper wri~ing in his presence and in the presenc
of Rustin J.Murphy and Luann Amodie,the other sUbscribing wit-
nesses thereto,the said Marie Flenniken and all three of said
subscribing witnesses being present at the same time and in the
presence of each other.
Whereupon,it is ORDERED that said paper writing be,and
the same hereby is,established,probated and admitted to record
as and for the true Last Will and Testament of the said Marie
Flenniken,deceased.
On motion of Caryl Lea Murphy,daughter of the decedent,
and Executrix named in said will,who made oath as the law directs
and entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of
Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000),conditioned and payable
according to law,but without surety,said will directing that no
surety be required,and certificate is granted the said Caryl Lea
Murphy for obtaining probate of said will in due form,and letters

That I,MARIE FLENNIKEN ,of Charleroi
i12 the Cou12ty oj ij'ash ington and State ofPennsylvania,being of sound
mind,memory and understanding,and considerhzg the uncertainty oj life,do hereby make,publish
and declare this my last Wlill and Uestament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executrix
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND:Igive,deviseatzdbequeath the entire remainder of my estate
to my daughter,CARYL LEE MURPHY to have and to hold so long as
she remains unmarried or if married so long as she remains in my home
with me,this in recognition of the fact that so long as she remains
separated,divorced or unmarried her personal financial needs will
be greater.
THIRD:In the event that my daughter,Caxyl Lea Murphy,shall
be married and living with her husband,then I give,devise and
bequeath the entire remainder ofmy estate both real andpersonal
of any nature whatsoever equally unto my three children,Caryl Lea
Murphy,Charles A.Burger,and Sheran Lee Burger,share and share
atlke,absolutely and in fee simple.
FOURTH:I hereby authorize and empower my executrix to sell and
dispose of any and all of the assets of my estate,both real and
personal of any nature whatsoever and wherever situate without prior
petition to Court or posting of bond therefore to effectuate the
purposes of this will.
No bond shall be required to be posted by the Executrix in the
administration of my estate and that if notwithstanding this request
any bond is required by law,statute or rule of Court,no sureties
be required thereof.
AND LASTLY.-I do make,constitute and appoint CARYL LEA MURPHY
to be Execut rix of tIllS my last Will and Testament.
