FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. SECOND:I bequeath unto Edna S.McCoy,the sum of .Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). THIRD:I bequeath unto ~~ry Mack,the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),provided she is still in my employ at the time of my death. FOURTH:I bequeath unto Birdie McCurdy Crockett,the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00),provided she is still in my employ at the time of my death. ELEVENTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath,one-half unto my daughter,Elizabeth D.Parkinson, and one-half unto Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,Washing- ton,Pennsylvania,in trust for the use and benefit of my son, James E.Duncan 3rd,for and during his life.Said trustee shall invest and reinvest said trust fund and collect the income thereof and,after deducting therefrom all expenses incident to the manage ment and administration of said trust,shall pay the net income thereof quarterly unto my said son.Said trustee shall not be limited to legal investments in the management of said trust fund. Upon the death of my said son,said trust shall termi- nate and all income and principal in the hands of said trustee shall be delivered and paid unto the children of my said son,per stirpes. I hereby appoint said Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,Washington,Pennsylvania,guardian during minority of any minor or minors taking an interest in my estate,and direct that the respective interest of each minor,both income and corpus,be used for his or her college education so far as is reasonably necessary. In case any or all of said children of my son shall become ready for college during the life of my said son,I hereby empower and direct said trustee to use as much of the income and principal of said trust estate as is reasonably necessary for the education of said children in proportion to their respective in- ..' terests in said estate.
