and understanding do publish this my last WILL and TESTAMENT
hereby r yoking and making void all former wills by me at any
tim h r tOfor.made.
1st.I will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts
shall be paid by my executor hereinafter named as soon as
poesib1e after my demise.
2nd.I will to my grandaon Robert Foster the sum of Five
Thousand (000.00)Dollars
3d.I will to the UNITED PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH,of Claysville
Penna.,two hundred ($200.00)Dollars in Government Bonds.
4th.I will"to Roberta.Cleland,Mrs Bruce Johnson,Robert D.
Cleland and Harry E.Cleland,children of my brother Robert
Oleland One Hundred (100.00)Dollars each.
The residue of my estate I will to my grandson Robert Foster.
Should Robert Foster (my grandson )die before reaChing the age
of twenty one years my bequests to him shall go to heirs of my
own blood a8 the law directs.
I do hereby make constitute and appoint Robert D.Cleland
(my nephew)to be EXECUTOR of this my last ILL and TEST ENT.
