and declare this to be my last ill and Testament,hereby revoking
any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct me executor hereinafter named to pay all
my debts and the expenses incident to the administartion of my
estate,as soon as this may conveniently be done after my decease,
out of the first moneys available for t hat purpose.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,
